Get a license for your portal

Your plant computer (WSD Grafana portal) is offline and cannot reach the internet. Use any PC that is online to copy files between the portal and this website.

Registration — first time

Start here if you have not registered yet. You will send a registration file, then wait for an approval email.

  1. On the WSD Grafana portal — open License, fill in your company details, then download the registration file (.reg1).
  2. On this website — upload that .reg1 file.
  3. Wait for email — the license admin reviews your request and sends you the license file (.lic1).

Activation / add sites — after registration

If you already received the license email

  1. On the portal — open License and upload the .lic1 file from the email.

To request a license again or raise max sites (reinstall, recovery, or more sites)

  1. On the portal — download an activation request file (.act1), with the max sites you need.
  2. On this website — upload that .act1 file. You will see a confirmation — no instant download.
  3. Wait for email — Nam Wah reviews the request (and site limit if raised), then emails a new .lic1 file.
  4. Back on the portal — open License and upload the .lic1 file.
